Beautiful Romantic Oceanfront Retreat!

Looking for a chill vibe on Myrtle Beach? Relax on our amazing 22nd floor balcony and listen to the waves break on the shore while you enjoy your morning coffee from our sweet coffee station. Our property is only 90 steps to the sand. Enjoy the beach as much as you want; it's waiting for you. Then leave and explore all that Myrtle Beach has to offer (we're just 3 mi. from the center), and when you're ready to escape all the busy - return to the quiet of our lovely 1bd/1ba oceanfront unit. The space Unlike many of the properties in MB which are single-area glorified hotel rooms, this is a lovely 700sf condominium with a separate bedroom you can comfortably spread out in. The kitchen was entirely remodeled just a few years ago and the glass backsplash and granite countertops are just gorgeous. We have everything you need to cook a terrific meal or just relax with some takeout and enjoy the awesome view. The bathroom has new fixtures (the shower head is awesome), new lighting, and a new vanity. The bedroom vanity area is updated, too. There is a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom so if you want to watch something different than your significant other is watching, each of you can do that in a separate space. We are on the 22nd floor so the ocean view is truly spectacular. (Obviously there are elevators, and they're not far from the condo.) Still, you're not too high to hear those waves hit the beach - it's really totally awesome. Trust me. And, if you telecommute, there's a roomy dedicated workspace for you to set up your laptop - it's well lit and offers fast wifi: come and work from the beach! (Can't be beat!) Disclaimer: when we stay here we sometimes bring our cat. She isn't allowed on the bed, but if you have severe pet allergies, please note this. (The building is not pet-friendly; only owners can bring their pets.) Other things to note You will have access to one parking space in our parking deck. When you book, I will ask you for your email address and will provide you with information about parking. **Please** don't blow off reading that information. Note also: motorcycles are not allowed in this facility (not my rule). Pets are not allowed in this facility unless accompanied by an owner. Since I am not there, this means you cannot bring *any* animal into the facility (not my rule). That said, I have had my cat in the unit from time-to-time and while I've gone out of my way to minimize her dander impact (I keep her off the bed, I have a HEPA air filter running), this is important to note if you have severe pet allergies. For safety and security, we have a Ring doorbell with a camera.
