The space This stylish and spacious, newly renovated listing has all the modern amenities that guest look for when selecting a home. From high end memory foam beds, Keurig coffee maker, giant 70 inch TV, high speed internet. This listing boast 800 square feet of living space providing plenty of room for everyone! The bedroom is separated by a stand alone wall and one 7 foot x 5 foot windows. The dinning table seats 4 guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. The living room boast a custom ultra plush 10 foot section that can pull double duty as an additional sleeping area for 2 guest. We have 2 memory foam twin beds that are available upon request for groups of 6 or more. This is the perfect place for group trips. Unit DOES NOT include parking we can inform you with the best option for parking if you do have a car please reach out before you check in to plan accordingly. ****Must walk up stairs, NO elevator in the building***** **** NO SMOKING in the unit or the building. We have a staircase in the back and right outside the building smoking is allowed. A cleaning fee of up to $500 will be accessed for smoking in the unit**** ***WARNING Light sleepers you are in the middle of the Gaslamp (downtown San Diego) street noise is non stop. Sound does travel in this building so you will hear cars/people throughout the night. You are not on the street side but the alley in the back will have noise throughout the night.*** WE HAVE 8 VACATION RENTALS IN THIS BUILDING. 4 LISTINGS ARE LOCATED ON EACH FLOOR. You can always find a scooter or bike to rent among the streets of Downtown as well. There is a scooter parking spot one block from the home. If you decide to walk most of the areas attractions are within a few short walks. Other things to note 1. Payment - You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now or set up payment arrangements with AirBnB. They have 2 to 3 payment options. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions. 2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. It is like a pre-authorization on your credit card. 3.
