House close to the lake and the vineyards of Lavaux. 6 min. from Lausanne (train) and Lutry and its beautiful beach (bus). Restaurants and supermarket 2 steps away. - Ground floor: large living room, sofa bed, south-facing terrace and terrace shaded by a chestnut tree. Office, kitchen, bathroom. - 1st floor: master bedroom, children's bedroom (mezzanine bed 90 x 190), children's bedroom (bed 70 x 160), bathroom. - Lower ground floor: music and games room, laundry room, bicycles - Ext: garden, swings, hut, petanque court, ping-pong. The space The accommodation is ideally located: close to the charming city of Lausanne and at the beginning of the Lavaux region (UNESCO World Heritage Site) appreciated for its landscapes of vineyards, lake and mountains. The magnificent village of Lutry located on the shore of the lake, with its small beach and refreshment stand, is worth a visit in any season for a walk along its quays and in its historic center. Its small local shops and restaurants make it a very welcoming place. Local specialty: the lake perch fillets are not to be missed ;-) The house is spacious and pleasant. It can accommodate a family, and children are not likely to be bored. Games and books are available as well as an outdoor play area. Baby cot is readily prepared upon request. Possibility to add an extra bed (1 person) and a mattress (1 person) on request. The house does not directly face the rising road and the train station is below. Train passages and road traffic are slightly noticeable but, unless you are particularly sensitive to it, it is generally not disturbing. In winter, the city hosts an ice rink for children by the lake. In addition, the accommodation provides quick access to the various mountain landscapes and ski resorts of the canton of Vaud (40 minutes away) while enjoying the urban cultural offer of the Côte. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests: kitchen, living room with piano, dining room, office, 3 bedrooms, laundry room and music room (drums) on the lower floor. Outside: terraces, garden games and parking space. Children's games and books available. The kitchen is fully equipped and basic products are available (oil, vinegar, salt, spices, dishwasher, kitchen linen etc.) Bed linen, bath towels, hand soap and disinfectant are provided. Other things to note Our cat Shimy stays at home while we're away. She is a very cuddly and discreet female cat who can go out independently (cat flap). We will ask you to kindly feed her during your stay. Thank you in advance! (Food will of course be provided).
