The @JTreeBrickhouse is just a short walk from downtown but with the same feeling of seclusion you seek when visiting the high desert. Our home is perfect for a weekend away with friends, small family, or solo journey. Stargaze in our luxe Hot Springs hot tub that seats 7. Refresh from the summer heat in our dual head outdoor shower. Or unwind by the wok fire pit. Our home was designed to relax after a long day at the park. The space ROOMS: Our cozy cabin features three rooms with full size beds, luxury bedding, and remote controlled A/C units. Rooms also include clothing racks and shelves to store your belongings. In addition you can also lounge on our Corduroy bean bag that easily converts into a full size mattress while you watch a movie in the family den. KITCHEN: This is my wife's favorite area curated with her favorite items including: french press, bean grinder, and milk frother. (If you love your coffee and never made it this way before, don't worry, it's super simple and delicious. We've included a tutorial in our welcoming book for you to enjoy.) While we are proud to offer all guests the finest coffee beans to accentuate your morning ritual in JT, we do ask that you bring your own milk selection. Our new concrete kitchen also offers a new selection of OUR PLACE brand pots & pans, blender, BREVILLE microwave, alkaline water filter, toaster, four range stove and oven, cutlery, oil and spices. Don't leave without cooling off with an I LOVE MICHELADAS mix (BYOB) or Guelaguetza mole starters from her James Beard award winning restaurant in Los Angeles. FAMILY DEN: It's been a long day in the park and it's time to lounge on our ARTICLE sectional sofa. Enjoy the spacious cathedral ceilings decorated with original HOPE SANDOVAL artwork by world renowned digital artist CHEYENNE RANDALL @INDIANGIVER. Our brand new Samsung 55' Smart TV connects to all major streaming platforms including NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, DISNEY +, HULU, ect. If you're visiting in search of a break from the screen we also have a record player, BOSE bluetooth speaker, board games, and books. Then again you can always stargaze in our backyard oasis. BACKYARD: Our high desert utopia and evening playground. 15,000 square feet is enough to give you the solitude you need while keeping you safe and secured. Surrounded by one of a kind hand painted fence, designed to let your senses surrender to relaxation. Sunbathe on our two loungers, cool off in our dual head shower, swing under our shaded hammock, or soak in our crown jewel HOT SPRINGS LIMELIGHT LUXE HOT TUB. The backyard patio also features a custom built WOK FIRE PIT that's powered with gas to make it easy for all to enjoy. FRONT YARD: One of the first features of our home that we fell in love with was the ChinaBerry tree perched in our front yard. Over 100 years old, it's believed to be symbolize hope and strength. LAUNDRY: The desert can be very windy and dusty so we offer our washer and dryer to all guests for a fresh start on a new day. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house and backyard. Entry code will be provided for our YALE lock prior to check in. EV Drivers - We offer a charging a CHARGEPOINT station in our backyard (50amp). Access is through a padlocked gate (locked from inside) on the left side of the house. Other things to note While we love the free vibe of the desert we recommend to always wear footwear outside. The desert terrain can be rough and have thorns, rocks and small pieces of glass. Also during the excessive summer heat be cautious when touching metal surfaces as you can be burned. While we enjoy having empty lots adjacent and across the street from our home we do our best to be respectful to our neighbors behind and to the right of of our home.
