Built in 2021, this fully equipped home offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. With ample parking right in front, a refreshing pool just steps from the living room, and serene surroundings, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The space The house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large TV and comfortable sofa, a welcoming dining area, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there’s a utility room with a washing machine, making it easy to manage your laundry during your stay. At the far end of the living room, a terrace awaits, fur-nished with cozy seating – an ideal spot to enjoy your favorite drink by the pool. Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms await, each featuring a large, comfortable double bed (1.8 x 2m) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A second bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious terrace are also located on this floor, providing the perfect spot to take in the surrounding views. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy. During the peak season, we offer stays of either 7 or 14 days, with check-in and check-out available only on weekends. This lovely house accommoda-tes a maximum of 6 guests, making it ideal for families or a small group of friends seeking a tranquil stay. Other things to note During the peak season, we rent only for periods of 7 or 14 days, with arrivals and departures only on weekends. Use the pool on your own responsibility. Before entering the pool, we kindly ask our guests to follow the rules of hygiene, to take a shower in the shower by the pool. The pool is cleaned and vacuumed on Saturday mornings. If you arrive by electric car, the fee is an additional €10/day. We are at your disposal for any additional information.
