The space Adelwöhrer Bauernhaus Unique charm- Traditional ambiance combined with modern comforts of today in our 1738 built farmhouse. The charming farmhouse offers five cozy bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and space for up to 20 people. Ideal for large families, family celebrations, groups of friends, joint breaks, birthdays or bachelor parties – for all those moments you want to experience together. The fully equipped kitchen and the local larch parlor with a large table create space for cooking, eating and long evenings together. A special highlight in the house is the rustic traditional smoke kitchen with table stove and wood-burning stove – perfect for baking and enjoying pizza. There is also plenty of space for shared hours outdoors: The large terrace with a spacious table, covered lounge, romantic campfire, outdoor kitchen with wood and gas barbecue, warming room and hot pot invites you to relax and unforgettable moments in the midst of nature. The house has five lovingly designed bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. A total of 12 fixed beds as well as additional sofa beds and extra beds are available. **Room details** Room 1 (ground floor | up to 4 people) Cozy double room with high-quality box spring bed and two comfortable sofa beds. The private, modern bathroom right in the room provides extra comfort. Rooms 2 & 3 (upper floor | up to 4 people each) Two spacious bedrooms, ideal for families or couples. Room 2 is equipped with a large four-bed, room 3 with a double bed and a large sofa bed. Both rooms share a stylish bathroom, which can be reached via room 3. Rooms 4 & 5 (upper floor | up to 4 people each) Two more spacious bedrooms with shared bathroom (access via room 5). Room 4 has a double bed and two flexible single beds, room 5 has a double bed and two sofa beds. Guest access A place where the unique charm of a traditional farmhouse blends with the luxury of today ...sustainable, authentic and full of heart Farmhouse amenities - In the fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils and dishes, dishwasher, dish towels, dishcloths and sponges, bean coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, refrigerators, ice maker - Other amenities: Washing machine, bath towels and hand towels (please bring your own bath towels), soap in the bathrooms, toilet paper, bed linen ‍ Courtyard Experiences - A small farm with many different animals - Be active: feeding the animals together in the morning – an unforgettable experience! - The Heustadl also offers enough space for our guests with billiard table, table football, ping pong or other activities in bad weather - For the little guests there is a selection of children's vehicles for great driving fun - A private, spacious garden invites you to relax: with private terrace, covered lounge, hammock, campfire and outdoor kitchen - Special retreats in the garden: A soothing warmth hut overlooking the garden to warm up and relax - Right next to it is our hotpod: heated with a wood stove - ideal for relaxing in the open air, at any time of the year - Pure nature by the idyllic pond, surrounded by our cultivated nature conservation areas with quiet walks through forest and meadow. - A lovingly designed garden with berries, herbs and flowers as well as a health food store with many specialties ‍ Culinary delights at the farm Whether in the modernly equipped kitchen of the farmhouse, in the cozy smoke kitchen with wood and pizza oven or outdoors at the outdoor kitchen with wood grill and gas grill – with us, cooking together becomes an experience. Right next to the farmhouse is our health food store. There you will find everything you need to cater for yourself - breakfast is also well taken care of. A large coffee machine with various coffee specialties is also available. Fresh products such as meat, fish or pastries can be pre-ordered – we ask that you contact us early so that we can organize everything well. Our house guests receive a 10% discount in the health food store. If you prefer to be pampered, you can visit the restaurant directly at the farm. Breakfast, brunch or dinner are possible there with early reservation. The price calculation depends directly on the number of guests: If the number of guests is not specified correctly, the price displayed will not match the actual cost. Room availability: If the maximum number of guests of 16 people is not booked, not all bedrooms are available.
