It is tidy and clean in all rooms. The master bedroom has blend curtain and is facing the back of the block. One of the two small bedrooms is equally located, also has a blend curtain it is my 10 year old son's room. The third bedroom is locked, for storage The hall has simple wardrobe with mirror and cabinets for outside jackets. Borettslag consists of 3rd floor blocks. It is located sheltered from the sound of traffic and right by the footpath up a stream , Stokkbekken, and into nature if you want to. In the vicinity is a vgs. and an elementary school with sand volleyball court and playgrounds. It is allowed to rent out rooms in apartments, as long as I am physically available.
