It is tidy and clean in all rooms. The master bedroom has a blackout curtain and faces the back of the block. One of the two small bedrooms is similarly located, also has a blackout curtain, it is my 10-year-old son's room. The third bedroom is locked, for storage. The hallway has a simple wardrobe with mirrors and cabinets for outer jackets. The housing cooperative consists of 3rd floor blocks. It is located shielded from the sound of traffic and right next to the footpath up along a stream, Stokkbekken, and into nature if you wish. In the immediate area there is a vgs. and a primary school with sand volleyball court and playgrounds. It is allowed to rent out rooms in the apartment, as long as I am physically available. I have lived here for almost 5 years and enjoy it. Guest access Access to the entire apartment. One bedroom is locked, used for storage.
