We welcome you to book a stay at our special little slice of heaven. A peaceful place where you can unplug, relax, and connect to the most beautiful raw nature that surrounds you. Enjoy the cedar wood sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub among the tress, located just a few minute drive to the beach. The space Our place has been lovingly and thoughtfully furnished with some of our favorite designers including Charlotte Perriand, Hans Wegner, Isamu Noguchi, De Sede, Heath Ceramics, as well as a collection of our favorite art books and heirlooms passed down from family. A leather sofa that my grandpa used to take naps on, wooden cutting boards from my grandma’s kitchen, and a vintage pair of binoculars are just a few of the personal items that have a story and add soul to our place. The space also functions as a creative retreat for artists, so you will also find one of a kind art around the house as well. We also love the small luxuries of our modern times. This includes our Tekla towels and sheets, Casper mattresses, Sonos speaker, Fellow grinder, Moccamaster coffee machine, a juicer, blender, and of course, high speed internet. There is a small cedar wood sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub that are yours to enjoy. The house is nestled in the forest on almost 2 acres, so it's quite private. It has a reverse floorpan, the kitchen, dining room and living room are on the top level, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms are below. One bedroom has a King Bed and a desk, and the other bedroom has a Queen Bed and Bunk Bed, as well as a walk in closet (without a door, but space enough for a pack n play). The large windows and skylights bring in wonderful natural light throughout the day. On the shelves you will find some of our favorite art books along with some found objects and games. Guest access The entire home and property will be yours. Other things to note We hope you listen to good music, drink good coffee or tea, hike in the woods, dive into creative pursuits, discover treasures at the beaches, swim at the pools, relax in the sauna, cook meals to share, dip in the jacuzzi under the stars and don’t forget to take a shower outside. Bring a good book, playlist, journal, slow your pace and open your mind and senses to take in all the wonder that surrounds you (including turkeys, deer, quails, seals, colorful birds, mushrooms and frogs!).
