In the middle of a field next to a hamlet, in the heart of the Belledonne massif. The house is divided into two independent apartments of 80 m2 each. You have the option to rent the entire house for 10 to 12 people on a plot of 1500 m2. To welcome you: a large, very bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a living room with 3 sofas and a television. A large bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk. One bedroom with 1 double bed, an armchair and a desk. Another bed for 2 people in a mezzanine. A bathroom and separate toilet. Access to the garden with a dining area and a garden lounge area are also at your disposal. Private courtyard in front of the house that serves as a parking lot, possibility to use a room for your various materials. Bed linen provided. Please note: bath towels are not included. There is no cleaning fee charged, thank you for making the house as clean as you found it. No pets are allowed. And no smoking inside the house is allowed. No parties or events allowed in the house. During your stay: We are not on site, but we will be present during arrivals and departures, we will also be available by phone for any advice. Freydon is a small, quiet mountain hamlet 3 km from Allevard in the Belledone massif. Freydon is 20 km from Crolles, 40 km from Grenoble, 40 km from Bourget du Lac, 30 km from Chambéry and 6 km from Savoy. Allevard is a spa resort. There are numerous possibilities for walks, sports or family activities (Belledonne, Chartreuse, Savoie). You can leave directly on foot from the house (or by mountain bike) without taking the car. Many activities are possible such as: road biking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding (paragliding school: Allevard les Bains), hiking, trail running and fishing. You can also sign up for wellness packages (spa, sauna, massage, etc.) and the fitness area with a coach at the Allevard thermal baths. There is also a casino and cinema in Allevard. In winter, you can go downhill skiing in the resort of Collet d'Allevard or 7Laux-Pleynet, which is 15 km away, and Collet d'Allevard also offers night skiing. Cross-country skiing and cross-country skiing at Cret du Poulet (or Feclaz). The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilet is independent with washer and dryer. We provide you with slippers during your stay. (We bring them to the dry cleaner every week).
