When we envisioned this space, we aimed to create a home where you can experience the romantic and cozy charm of Prague, even indoors. Our apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Wenceslas Square and only 500 meters from the nearest metro stop. The space Our cozy and romantic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, accessible by lift. Apartment composition: BEDROOM - A spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed (premium mattress 180x200) and a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. The room includes a wardrobe with hangers, along with decorations and plants to help you relax and rejuvenate. There's ample space for all your belongings. Smart TV. KITCHEN: - A bright and inviting space featuring a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. The room also includes a dining table that seats up to 5 people and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for friends or family. The internal garden balcony adds a unique and serene atmosphere to the space. BATHROOM: Equipped with a bathtub, a large sink, a hairdryer, a washing machine (LAUNDRY GEL IS NOT PROVIDED), a mirror, and towel hangers. The toilet is separate for your convenience Amenities Provided: - Fresh bed linens & towels - Shower gel & shampoo - Kitchen Essentials: - Coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) - capsules are NOT PROVIDED - Kettle - Toaster - Oven - Assorted dishes, pots, cups, and glasses - Citrus squeezer - Free use of herbal teas, sugar, salt, etc. - Iron and ironing board - High chair and baby crib can be provided too but upon request. Our apartment has been thoughtfully designed by a professional architect, with comfort thoroughly tested by our 20 years of travel experience. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, we’ve ensured that every detail is in place for a comfortable and memorable stay. Guest access You will have full access to the house. Other things to note House Rules & Important Information Our apartment is regularly maintained and cleaned to high standards. Please help us keep it that way by maintaining order during your stay and reporting any issues or concerns you may experience. 🚫 Please avoid bringing food or dirty items into the bed area. Excessive stains or damage to bed linens and towels may result in an extra cleaning fee. 🔇 Be respectful of neighbors. Avoid loud noise, unruly behavior, or disturbances, especially in shared spaces. 👥 Guest Policy: The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy limit. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. 🚨 Strict Rules (Penalty: €100 for violations) - Quiet hours after 10:00 PM - No smoking - No parties or events inside the unit 💰 Tourist Tax Notice: A compulsory city tax of 50 CZK per person per night must be paid by guests upon arrival.
