A wonderful private enclosed courtyard garden is yours to enjoy. The space The spacious ground floor bedroom has a king size bed and is peacefully located overlooking the courtyard garden to which it has direct access. The walk in shower room is en-suite. On the first floor is the vaulted ceiling gallery lounge, dining room and stunning fully equipped open plan kitchen. There is a large screen LED television and two comfortable sofas which can provide additional sleeping facilities - please enquire. There are views over the courtyard garden and the distant Whitcliffe hills. There will be a full index and information available concerning the fascinating artworks on display. This includes the unique pieces of Reynolds furniture found throughout the apartment which you will enjoy using and many of which will be for sale. Private parking space or on road permits are provided at no extra cost. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment. A single electronic parking permit for street parking is available free of charge. In addition there may be a private car parking space in the next road. Other things to note Due the special nature of the accommodation that we are offering we are unable to accept children under the age of 10 years and pets of any description. The entire apartment, including the rear courtyard garden and access routes are non-smoking. The lighting of candles anywhere on the property is not permitted.
