Delightful farmhouse 10 minutes from Linköping

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer. The space Newly built two-story farmhouse with patio in the garden. Downstairs has a hall, large kitchen, laundry room and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor has a large bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with bed dimensions 140 cm. TV is available Guest access You will have the the entire house for yourselves. Other things to note One set of bed linen and two towels/guest are included. Please do not use face cream or anything else that bleaches textiles during your stay, you may be liable for damaged sheets/towels. The double bed is already made and the towels are in the bathroom. In cases where the sofa bed is to be used as a sleeping place, we provide sheets, pillows/duvets so you can make the bed yourself. NOTE that the mattress must be used for the sofa, it is folded in the crib. You are welcome to use the patio behind the house, there are cushions in the kitchen for the outdoor furniture. The patio in the backyard is primarily for you. The orangery that is connected to the house is our outdoor space and is not included in the accommodation. It may in exceptional cases be used by agreement. Two cats live with us, they can be curious and slip into the house if you leave the door open. They are not supposed to be with you, the cat flap in the door should be kept closed. There is a barbecue, but you must arrange for charcoal. Please note that only clean, dry, recyclable garbage may be placed in the garbage sorting bins. Before check-out, we would like used bed linens and towels to be placed on the floor in the laundry room, damp towels can remain on the towel dryer. All benches, tables and stove must be wiped and the dishes washed or in the dishwasher before check-out. You throw the garbage bag in the green barrel at the bottom of our property at the end of the fence. We will take care of other returnable materials you have placed in the bins under the sink after you. Take the food you have stored in the refrigerator, freezer and drawers and wipe out the shelves in the refrigerator and the drawers you used before check-out.
