Peaceful and centrally located home. Minutes to hospital, shops and beach. Ideal for short or work related stays. Coffee, tea anytime. Use of kitchen. Free WiFi, Netflix, POOL, Guest fridge. Includes Continental Breakfast. The space The Thomas Patch although essentially a modern house, it has been styled with an English twist. The guest rooms are away from the main living areas. Outdoor living area on the patio with Pool available. Pool towels available on request. There are 3 lounge areas, 1 formal lounge/ sitting room, 1 family room ( with a Smart TV including Netflix) , and one outdoor lounge area, 2 x dining areas ( one inside & one outside) The Thomas Patch has 2 guest bedrooms ( 2 guests/ room). A shared bathroom if both rooms are booked. Guest access Entry: is via keys to the front door and guests may come and go. Parking is on the grass to the right of the driveway. Cooking: Kitchen is available but limited to Continental breakfast, also may use sandwich toaster or microwave meals. Laundry: Due to volume of washing only 1 load permitted for guests longer than 3 nights. 1 x Bicycle & helmet available on request if available, but at your own risk. Helmets are a legal requirement & must be worn. During your stay We enjoy meeting new people and will share our knowledge of the local area….Restaurants, beaches & tours. Your privacy is paramount hence each guest bedroom has a key lock to each door. We will not enter your room whilst booked. Longer stays there is a cost of $15/ week for clean and linen change. Fraser Island is on our doorstep and available all year. Whale Tours run from July to November. Other things to note We have 2 pets. 1 dog….”Spencer” a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel now 10, & “ Harry” a white & grey Ragdoll. Please be aware Spencer might greet you on arrival but then settles. Be careful when entering front door or leaving as Spencer will escape. Harry keeps to himself mostly. ( Our apologies if you have allergies to pets as this house may not suit).
