The space It's a lovely spacious 2 bedroom Unit attached to the main property. The Condo is entirely refurbished in essence and is free flowing. You have a separate entry over the front shared porch area. Once you are in, you are welcomed by a large overflowing living area and a dining area overlooking fenced private back yard. You have complete access to a full kitchen area with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and a large sized fridge. The laundry boasts a 6kg Bosch washing machine, 7kg dryer, vacuum cleaner, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher for your safety. Guests enjoy free wifi, a new king bed, new queen bed and a double sofa bed. If you have an infant we are happy to offer you a foldable portacot with sturdy mattress, on request. There is also newly added study table and office chair for those who want to work on a laptop. Guest access No parking on driveway please, all vehicles to be parked off road and you can walk up the drive way and on to the porch leading to granny access. There is a street light which services the street and lights leading up the driveway. You can use all the granny (2 bedrooms, living area, dining, kitchen, laundry, back yard). It is private and not shared. However the front patio area is shared and is usually used by our family. So please be mindful and respectful while you share the space.
