Welcome to Villa Maria! This very large, modern bedroom with bathroom and large adjoining patio is a mere 30 minutes from Kings Canyon NP. The patio includes a beautiful outdoor BBQ area with sink, fridge, smoker and powered roof louvres. Enjoy perfect privacy as the rest of the house will not be in use while you are there. After a great day at the park you can turn on the BBQ, grab your cold beer from the fridge and relax under the tree on the patio as the sun sets on Bear Mountain. Paradise! The space You have access to covered parking, a large patio with furniture and BBQ, bathroom, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, sink and refrigerator. BBQ tools, knives, cutting board, bowls, can opener etc, are provided. There is no formal kitchen. Please check the full amenities list. Guest access The bedroom, bathroom, patio, covered parking, and part of the yard are available to you. Other things to note We do have security cameras outside.
