Welcome to our wonderful house in Riga — it is an ideal place to relax for couples, families or small groups. Relax in the private bedroom, enjoy the sunny terrace and relax in the green garden. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, offering privacy and comfort with everything you need for a comfortable rest. Start your day with coffee in the garden and enjoy peaceful moments with bird songs outside in the evenings. This house combines silence and green, peaceful atmosphere. The space Bedroom The house has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), providing a peaceful and sweet night's sleep. Living area The studio type living room includes a pull-out sofa (140x200 cm), a small desk and a TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi for work or entertainment is also available. Kitchen and dining room The kitchen area is fully equipped with an induction stove, all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes to easily prepare and enjoy meals. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. The terrace has a dining table with four chairs, perfect for meals in the fresh air. Free coffee, tea, spices and bathroom accessories are provided. Bathroom The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink and all the necessary hygiene products during your stay. Comfort and convenience Air conditioning and heating are provided with an individual heat pump, which is easy to adjust with the remote. Pets Dogs are welcome for a one-time fee of €20 per dog. Additional information Invoice is issued on request. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, private terrace, garden and parking. The property combines two large plots of land, among which there is a children's playground that can be used by small guests. Other things to note Parties and noisy behavior are not allowed — please respect our neighbors. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Video surveillance in outdoor areas operates 24/7 for your safety. The Wi-Fi password is indicated on the wall in the apartment. Please note: charging electric cars or electric bicycles from the apartment sockets is not allowed.
