This is a lovely retreat where you can enjoy hundreds of acres of hiking, mountain biking, vising nearby waterfalls, snowmobiling, skiing, and snowshoeing. We are 15 Minutes to Killington, 15 minutes to Okemo, or 30 minutes to Woodstock. We offer a lovely upper unit, this is not a rental for the entire building. It has a gorgeous open concept living area with a stone hearth fireplace where you can catch a movie, light a relaxing fire or enjoy a family game night at the long family-style table. There is a beautiful deck with cozy furniture where you can enjoy your morning or evening beverage overlooking a stunning view of the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, Keurig, tea maker, dinnerware, utensils, and more. There are 3 bedrooms. The master is equipped with a King bed with an en suite bathroom. The second has a Queen bed with a set of bunk beds. The third is in a loft with a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds. This is a great retreat for the kids! There is a second full bathroom, complete with shower tub, sink and toilet. For your additional comfort, newly installed air conditioning/heat pumps for those hot summer days. These are located are in the main living area, the master bedroom, and the loft. The remote controls make it easy to use. This ensures a beautiful sleep and a refreshing cool break during the day. We have a tankless hot water heater, so no running out of hot water so all can enjoy a nice shower! We have a dedicated home office workspace where you can connect your laptop to both a second screen, printer, and ethernet access and enjoy the stunning mountain views. The maximum capacity is for 6 people only and all guests must be registered. You are subject to an extra 250 nightly if you have additional people. Our home is non smoking and this includes no smoking on our premises. There are many fire hazards including dried branches and trees which may ignite with cigarette ashes. We do have exterior cameras on the property and do NOT have cameras inside of our home. Guest access Full access to the upper level, outside fire pit, large parking area, and upper deck with barbeque. The unit also has frontage on Black River just in front of the property.
