Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the property and its backyard during your stay. The designated parking spot in front of the garage is reserved for your use. The downstairs unit has its own separate and fenced area located at the front of the property. You can enter the upstairs unit via the main entrance at the front of the property, or through a separate, private entryway via the side stairwell. This side pathway also provides access to the covered backyard area with stunning mountain views. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is a two unit property. There may be other guests in the lower level unit during your stay, and there's always the possibility for some noise. That being said, no living spaces are shared, and the back yard is reserved for your use.
