We felt very comfortable!“ The space Start your day with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and explore the charming city center as well as the nearby Rhine promenade. For a restful sleep, a cozy Bruno king-size box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) with hotel-level bed linen awaits you. An extra bed (90 × 200 cm) can be provided upon request. Please allow us 24 hours preparation time prior to your arrival to set up any extra beds. The apartment features a dining table for four people, a comfortable living area with a sofa, and a smart TV with streaming options. With free high-speed internet, it’s also perfectly suited for working from home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. In the bathroom, you’ll find a spacious walk-in rainforest shower, plus a washing machine with detergent, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner are complimentary provided. For bookings of 14 nights or longer, we offer a free weekly cleaning service, including a full cleaning with fresh linens. As the apartment does not have openable windows, a modern ventilation system ensures a constant supply of fresh air. There are numerous parking spaces around the building: • Citycenter Parking Garage (approx. 1 min) • Gerbhaus Parking Lot (approx. 4 min) • Street parking on Stefan-George-Straße (approx. 4 min) • Carl-Puricelli-Platz (max. 4 hours, approx. 1 min) Guest access Access to the apartment is provided via a 6-digit code, which you will receive a few days before your arrival.
