As a dedicated host, I'm always available and eager to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional! The space Completely renovated and newly furnished apartment consisting of: - 1 double bedroom - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 kitchen/living area with sofa double bed - 1 bathroom - hallway - 2 balconies In its creation I tried to recreate a welcoming, functional and at the same time complete, bright and comfortable environment that could be enjoyed and appreciated by all kind of guests. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, 2 TVs including a 42-inch Full HD Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and YouTube. In the kitchen you will find, among other things: oven, dishwasher with complimentary tablet and 4-burner hob, pots, pans and utensils, kettle and complimentary tea bags of different types, toaster, moka, Nescafé Dolce Gusto De'Longhi coffee machine with free capsules of different types and essentials such as salt, pepper and different types of oil. I also set up a wall-blackboard with chalks completely available to give free rein and creativity to anyone who wants to show their artistic side, but also just for free scribbles or to leave a sign of your stay. In the bathroom you will have a Candy washing machine always at your disposal with a complimentary detergent capsule, toilet, bidet and a large and spacious shower. You will also have kits of towels of different sizes, a soft non-slip shower mat, hairdryer, hair straightener, curling iron, shower gel and first aid kit just in case. Both bedrooms have bedding, blankets and desks with an armchair that make them perfect as a dedicated work area and for smart working thanks also to the presence of doors in both rooms for better insulation and greater concentration. You will also find board games, books (even for the little ones) and coloring books. You will also have 2 balconies at your disposal, one on the street side with an urban panorama and one on the internal side with armchairs and a table to be able to enjoy a little leisure and relaxation in the open air perhaps while sipping a coffee or a tea. The apartment is equipped with a monosplit ductless air conditioner in the living area that can cool the house on hot summer days and also with 2 ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Upon request, the following are available free of charge: crib with sheets, crib cushion and high chair for the little ones and 2 bicycles for adults, ideal for enjoying the beautiful and sunny days. The apartment has a carbon monoxide detector, a smoke detector, a fire alarm and a fire extinguisher for you to enjoy your stay safely and carefree. Other things to note Facilitate arrival and departure by car. Possibility to stop directly in front of the entrance of the building by car or taxi to facilitate arrival and departure with the presence of luggage. Sleeping arrangements: make sure to always book for the correct number of guests and sleeping arrangements. If you wish for additional sleeping arrangements beyond the number of guests booked or separate bedrooms, let us know at least 1 day before your arrival.
