Selma Retreat-Central to SA/NB near Randolph

Welcome to our San Antonio home! Our 3 bed/ 2 bath/ 1-storey house is in a convenient, quiet and safe neighborhood near IH-35 and Loop 1604. It is a central base to Randolph AFB, SA downtown, New Braunfels and the Texas hill country including Austin. Restaurants, grocery, shopping, parks and entertainment centers are also minutes away! The space Our home has 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds) with full walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms with a soaking tub in the master bedroom, 50 inch tv and study table with computer monitor in the master bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the laundry room, access to garage, gameroom with foosball, chess/ game table and boardgames, living area with 65-inch tv with XBox games and Nintendo Classic Edition, sunroom and an outside patio area to enjoy the sun. The sunroom and patio area face east so you can enjoy your morning brew in the morning sunshine or hang out in the shade in the afternoons. Note that the 2-car garage is not available and accessible to guests. Guest access The coat closet, pantry closet, car garage and two sheds are not available to guests. The whole property is regularly treated for pests. Texas has bugs! You may see a visitor if you’re outside. For yours and our property’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell and camera (backyard) installed at the property. Covering or tampering with these devices will result to a $200 penalty per instance and termination of stay at the option of the host. Since we are located near Randolph Air Force Base, you may hear the sound of freedom (planes from the base) during the day as early as 8 am. The plane schedule ends at 5 pm during weekdays and is seldom on the weekends. Pets are not allowed in our property. If a pet is brought to the property, we will assess a $250/day cleaning fee and have the right to terminate the stay without refund. Remember you're staying in our San Antonio home and not a hotel room. Please treat our home with respect.
