The property consists of 5 rooms and features a guest entrance and common area seating, giving way to a small courtyard (host access only), high ceilings, traditionally built arched rooms. Host living quarters are on the ground floor and the 2 private ensuite guest rooms are on the first floor of the property. Mostly inspired by rural living and slow-paced island life this Airbnb home is finished off to a level of 'simplistic comfort' and styled with uniquely-sourced furniture. Each room is also adorned with handmade pieces made or upcycled by your host, collected or inspired by rural surroundings. This Cosy Ensuite room for 2 is perched at the back of the property on the 1st floor, is well lit and ventilated with a window overlooking the backyard. You're invited to immerse into the atmosphere of 'simple comforts' that this room offers. The gentle early morning sunlight warms the interiors in the morning (for a few hours and with blackout curtains open) and is just enough to enlighten your senses into the day. This room is cosy, nestled at the back of the house, the valley on one side and small courtyard on the other side. Guests may choose to open the main window, to enjoy the fresh valley breeze and sounds of nature to flow through - but please be sure to keep the mosquito net down during the hot summer months! The guest entrance on the ground floor opens up to a small seating area (shared) and stairway upto the first floor guest rooms, each having their own private entrance. Other things to note We are nature seekers, who love the outdoors and rural living. During our free time we are either cooking up some natural raw food desert, planning our next trip overseas, chasing sunsets, soaking up the sun or indulging in a craft project. Me and my daughter are daydreamers, and art lovers. We take an interest in our guests and hosting gives us a real delight!
