Located on the historic Suwannee river central to where the Sante Fe and Suwannee meet. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is the perfect getaway for your family or just you. Includes wifi, fire pit, stocked kitchen, grill , washer, and dryer. Close to Gilchrist Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, and Ichnetucknee River. This is an ideal place to bring your boat or kayak and enjoy multiple rivers in one stay Must be able to walk upstairs Sante Fe public boat ramp 2 miles away No Pets No Smoking No Parties The space This house is located directly on the banks of the Suwannee River. Entire house is allowed for guest use. House has 2 floors. Stairs are on the outside! No interior stairs! Top floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Downstairs has a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and bar area. The yard is fenced in except the back where the riverbank is. Dock is easily accessible and can be used for fishing or relaxing. The dock is restricted to direct river access and cannot be accessed by boat. Guests can park in yard there is plenty of room to bring boat or kayaks. There are multiple boat ramps near house including Ellie Rays boat ramp or Sandy Point boat ramp. Also, tubing is very popular in this area especially on the Ichnetucknee river which is close to house by driving or by boat. Wildlife is abundant in this area please be mindful when interacting with them as this is their home as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard which is fenced in except the back. Dock is available for use except staircase to river. Please do not go pass Do Not Enter sign. Dock cannot be accessed by boat either. Stairs to house are on the outside of the house. Other things to note Guests have access to entire house and yard including dock. Only restricted area is staircase leading to river that has a Do Not enter sign. You will be asked to leave with no refund if these rules are violated!
