Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood. The space The guesthouse is a bright, airy, and uncluttered studio apartment. You'll love our living area, with a large couch, comfy lounge chair, and smart TV. It has a full kitchen, dining table, sofa (bed), dedicated work space, and comfy queen bed. The apartment shares a wall with a garage but is detached from the main house. Guest access You'll have access to the guesthouse via a private entrance, accessible through a smart lock with unique passcode for each guest. You have exclusive use of your patio and the entire guesthouse. Other things to note We have one friendly dog but he’s in a separate part of the property from the guesthouse.
