Brew pub nearby. 10 min to historic Nederland with groceries, shops, restaurants. 15 min to Eldora Resort, 35 min to Boulder, 45 min to NW Denver. In a forested subdivision with 1 acre lots. Neighbors are mostly families with kids. Great walks from the house. Large deck. Full kitchen, open living area, bedroom with vaulted ceiling and workspace. The space Full kitchen. Spacious living area and master bedroom, including office space. Second bedroom on main floor. Quality furnishings: hardwood floors, leather furniture, granite counters, gas cookstove, baseboard heat (not forced air), woodstove, washer/dryer, high-speed internet (see below). Guest access Guests have full access to main floor and upstairs of house, which is fully furnished and setup for guest use. A separate walk-out basement bedroom is available for owner use, but we expect to be away the entire duration. Other things to note No animals or pets are permitted because we have soft hardwood floors and nice rugs and replacement costs if damaged are extremely high! Internet is hi-speed Century Link DSL (80 MBs download, 10 Mbs upload). A TV with firestick and HDMI cord is available but you must have your own network services (e.g. You Tube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). No trailers, dirt bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles or similar equipment. We expect that guests will leave the property as they find it, by washing dishes, emptying fridge, wiping surfaces, etc.
