You'll have exclusive access to this newly refurbished building split into 5 apartments and a huge basement party room with spa. The space A grand Victorian five storey building with a party basement, dormitory on the ground floor and 5 apartments on the upper floors. Sleeps up to 29 people. All areas are linked together by a large staircase exclusively for your use. There is no one else in the building. The party room is situated in a funky industrial styled basement with a bar at one end, dance floor/social area in the middle and a 10 person hot tub at the other end. The bar area comes with a huge double glass fronted fridge to quickly chill all the Prosecco. There is also a bar sink, coffee machines and plenty of high quality plastic glasses. The room comes with plenty of cafe style tables and chairs for everyone to sit down for a meal or can be cleared to provide a large dance floor with disco lights. The commercial grade hot tub easily seats ten and has powerful jets and bubbles. The walls are a blank canvas suitable for pinning decorations and photos. Also leading off the basement room are two WCs. On the upper floors there are four one bedroom apartments and a two bedroom apartments each one with a kitchen/living area and a bathroom. Apartment 1 (sleeps 6) on the first floor has 2 bunk beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed and single bed in the living room. Apt 2 (sleeps 4) on the first floor has a sofa bed in the living room and a bunk bed and single bed in the bedroom. Apt 3 (sleeps 6) on the second floor has 2 bunk beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed and single bed in the living area. Apt 4 (sleeps 4) on the second floor has a bunk bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Apt 5 on the third floor has one bedroom with four single beds, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed and in the living room is a sofa bed and a single bed. Other things to note Spa. We test the water quality twice a day. If inappropriate use of the spa has resulted in the deterioration of the water quality then we may have to drain out the water and re-fill it with clean water. This means it may take up to 5 hours for the water temperature to get up to 35 degrees. Examples of inappropriate use of the water would include pouring drinks in the water, putting food in the water and wearing fake tan in the water. In the summer when the ground water temperature is higher the heating up period will be shorter. Your safety is our highest priority. SPA SAFETY RULES. ■ ·Keep your head above water at all times. ■ ·Remember 15 minutes is the maximum recommended time to spend in the hot tub at any one time. Please cool off before getting back into the water. ■ ·No jumping in or diving. ■ ·Use only PLASTIC drinks glasses and bottles – no real glass should be used near or in the hot tub. ■ Keep soap and sun lotion out of the hot tub. ■ Children and other users who cannot keep their faces out of the water should not use the hot tub. ■ Under 4 year olds should not use the hot tub. ■ Under 8 year old children should not use a hot tub which is hotter than their body temperature (37C). ■ Children must be supervised at all times. ■ Do not exceed the number of bathers specified. ■ Hot tub should not be used after a heavy meal or while under the influence of alcohol or sedatives ■ Pregnant women, and those suffering from heart or circulation problems; fits; or who are immunocompromised must seek medical advice before use. ■ Please replace the cover after using the hot tub to keep it warm.
