I have filled the home with furniture and decor for my personal enjoyment...don't worry about those thin, scratchy sheets and towels, rickety furniture or knock off decor. You won't find any of that here! Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, CB2, Brooklinen, Parachute, Jonathan Adler and other major names fill the home. Bedding is Parachute and Brooklinen percale cottons for maximum cooling and comfort. Pool towels, bath sheets and makeup clothes provided. The property is FULLY walled all around the sides and back for privacy. Both bathrooms have separate spa soaking tub plus standalone custom tile shower. The master bath has a private outdoor shower also! Each bedroom has a sliding glass door to provide plenty of light and beautiful views but also has blackout roller shades if you want to block that out. The hot tub and spa are salt water. Pool also has a partial cover sun shade. NOTE: Pool heat is REQUIRED during the months of October-May at an additional cost of $75/day. This will be charged once confirmed. Central A/C. Finished concrete floors throughout. 3 smart TV's in the home: 75 inch Samsung Frame TV in living room, 55 inch in master bedroom and 43 inch in blue bedroom. Living room has a desk and chair for workspace. Blue bedroom has a desk and chair for private, closed door workspace as well. Wireless black/white laser printer also available. Guest access The entire space is yours! Though the garage, master closet and single kitchen cabinet are locked for private storage.
