Country house overlooking Lake Furnas, comfortable and cozy, surrounded by lots of greenery, fresh air and nature, ideal for family gatherings, a group of friends or to disconnect a little from the daily routine! The space We accept pets of any size. Kitchen has: fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave oven, electric oven, espresso coffee maker, milkshaker. Kitchen utensils: pots, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, dishcloths, etc. Consumables: liquid soap, detergent, loofah, trash bag and toilet paper. Bed, bath and kitchen linens (except pool towels). No change during the stay. You'll only need to bring personal items, food and beverages. Housekeeping: The house will be delivered clean and sanitized, the cleaning and tidying of the house during the period until the end of the lease will be the responsibility of the guest. Breakfast and food: We only rent the house and do not sell or serve any type of food or drink. Food or beverages available inside the house are complimentary. We do not serve lunch or dinner, but you can use the kitchen to prepare your meals. Guest access Access via remote control at the main gate of the condominium and manual opening of the house gate. Other things to note To get to the house, you must travel on a dirt road (about 6 km), in good condition. In case of consecutive days of rain or very heavy rain, traffic on the dirt road may be difficult, and may also be briefly closed in order to improve vehicle traffic.
