Sleeps up to 23* In the heart of the most beautiful part of scenic Ingarö, this tastefully, freshly decorated and newly renovated villa is now for rent. The house is in a very quiet area overlooking beautiful forests and mountains. Approximately 4 minutes' walk away is a boat, swimming area with beautiful rocks to sit on and swim from. In the nearby area, there are many beautiful places to visit. Grocery stores/centers/galleries are a few minutes' drive away! Plenty of activities for children & adults to do and discover :) The space We have up to 23 beds in the house if we use our sleeping arrangement solutions. We have, with good results over the years, opportunities & areas to be able to create everything from film recording, larger celebrations and events if desired, everything is possible :) We have ready-made concepts for larger events such as events with live music, food trucks but also smaller ones such as bachelor parties, board meetings, celebrations of various kinds, etc. :) Guest access Within the boundaries of our property: front (lawn, driveway, guest house), right side of the house (driveway and side of the house), back of the house up to and including the white fence, not behind this. Other things to note Feel free to ask us questions; we are flexible :) Swedish law applies, no exceptions :) For extra security, all individuals on the premises need to submit approved identification to Airbnb before visiting or being on the premises! Pets are allowed but this needs to be communicated to us first so that we can prepare. There is an additional cost. Shoes and outerwear are stored in the large closets in the hallway, not inside the house :) No smoking indoors, but of course anywhere outdoors; use an ashtray :) The cost for additional guests during a stay is 50 euros. If they wish to stay overnight, the cost will instead be 75 euros per person per night. Your privacy and personal space are always protected as we value this highly! We have everyone from celebrities and politicians to ordinary families, and everyone has the right to the same privacy :) The property has a total of 7 outdoor cameras (2 in the guest house, 5 in the main house, on each side). The property has no cameras inside. If you wish to rent our Sandhamn Jacuzzi for 5 people, we need to know this 1 week in advance in order to arrange it for you. The cost is SEK 1,498 for the first day and SEK 498 per day thereafter. 10 p.m. - Noise ban OUTDOORS, i.e. no music / loud conversations It is important that this is observed, as the entire stay can be affected. Of course, you can play music and have a good time indoors for as long as you wish, as long as the windows and doors are closed so that neighbors can be respected, which is very important to us and Airbnb.
