Sleeps up to 23* In the heart of the most beautiful part of scenic Ingarö, this tastefully, freshly decorated and newly renovated villa is now for rent. The house is in a very quiet area overlooking beautiful forests and mountains. Approximately 4 minutes' walk away is a boat, swimming area with beautiful rocks to sit on and swim from. In the nearby area, there are many beautiful places to visit. Grocery stores/centers/galleries are a few minutes' drive away! Plenty of activities for children & adults to do and discover :) The space We have up to 23 sleeping places at the house if we use our sleeping arrangement solutions. We have with good results over the years opportunities & surfaces to be able to create everything from filming, major celebrations and events if desired, anything is possible :) We have ready-made concepts around major events that events with live music, food trucks but also smaller ones such as bachelorette parties, board meetings, celebrations of various kinds, etc. :) Guest access Within the boundaries of our property: front (lawn, driveway, guest house), right side of the house (driveway and side of the house), back of the house up to and including the white fence, not behind this. Other things to note Feel free to ask us questions, we are flexible :) Swedish law prevails, no exceptions :) Pets are allowed but need to be communicated with us first so we can prepare, cost will be added. Shoes and outerwear are stored in the large closets, not inside the house :) No smoking indoors, but of course anywhere outdoors, use ashtray :) The cost for extra guests when staying is 50 Euro if you want to stay overnight, the cost will instead be 75 Euro per person per night. Your privacy is always protected as we value this highly! We have everything from celebrities, politicians to ordinary families, everyone has the right to the same privacy :) The property has a total of 7 outdoor cameras (guest house 2, main house 5, on each side). The property has no cameras inside. If you wish to rent our Jacuzzi Sandhamn for 5 people, we need to know this 1 week in advance to be able to arrange this for you. Cost is SEK 1498 the first day and SEK 498 the days thereafter per day. 10 p.m. - Noise ban OUTSIDE, i.e. no music/loud conversations It is important that this is complied with as the entire stay can be affected. Of course, it is possible to play music and have a good time indoors for as long as you wish, as long as windows & doors are closed so that neighbors can be respected, which is very important to us & Air B n B.
