The name "Oak House" was given because of the oak tree that has its roots to the south of the building and has guarded and supported this house for generations. Inside the building, there is a dining room made by renovating the warehouse, and at the back of the warehouse, we have sake from all over the country. The owner, a sake master, will offer a sake tasting experience according to your wishes. (With snacks, advance booking required) We also offer the option of listening to records in the storehouse, where you can enjoy the good old Japanese culture with all five senses. There are several hot springs in the surrounding area, and it is also recommended as a base to help you rest from your travels. It is also close to Ryuo Station and has easy access to Kofu. Because it is a private rental, you can use it with peace of mind even with small children. Please enjoy a relaxing time with your companions. The space There are 2 types of bedrooms, and you can choose according to the number of guests. Please let us know at least 5 days before your stay if you have any requests. ■Chidetsu This is a large room in front of the second floor. We can provide 2 single beds and 1 additional futon set. There is also a table in the room, and you can do light work and eat and drink in the bedroom. This room also has a good view of Mt. Fuji. ■Kai Koma This is a smaller unit at the back of the second floor. This room also has 2 single beds. There is a bench in the room where you can sit. You can relax while looking at the oak trees in the garden. * Futons cannot be laid out in the space. There is an area outside where you can hang your laundry to dry. It is located next to the accommodation (on the opposite side from the entrance), so please use it to dry your clothes. Guest access You are basically free to use the building. Some areas are locked and cannot be entered.
