This 18th century house, fully renovated, is situated in the heart of the gorgeous village of La Roche-Bernard, on the Place du Bouffay. The space The house consists of 3 floors. The ground floor includes the kitchen, the dining area and a wc with brand new shower. On the 1st floor is a beautiful living room, equipped with a sofa bed, and an office area. On the 2nd floor, in the attic, there is a beautiful bedroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole house, except the basement which access is forbidden. Other things to note The house is situated in the heart of La Roche-Bernard historic city centre, at the gate of the artisanal quarter, right on the gorgeous Bouffay's square. When the sun shines, the square is full of people and the atmosphere is lively and "bon enfant"!
