Arch is located on the Aare in the immediate vicinity of Grenchen, Solothurn and Büren an der Aare, which invites you to cycle, hike and swim! Our Air BnB apartment was newly opened in 2022 after we completely renovated the whole house including this apartment. A stylish, well-furnished apartment awaits you in a top insulated house, with its own photovoltaic system on the roof and an energy-efficient heat pump. The space Arch is within easy reach by bus (public transport) from Bern, Solothurn, Grenchen or Büren. Or if you are arriving by car, we are only about 2 km from the highway. We have just completely renovated this apartment, tastefully furnished and offer a quiet temporary home for a few days or weeks with private patio and free parking. The apartment is a 3-room apartment: dining room with open modern kitchen, bedroom, large living room with designer furniture, a workplace with a view, and a direct exit to the private patio. It is south-facing, very sunny and bright. No through traffic. The bedroom faces east, has shutters and is absolutely quiet. On the roof of the house there is a photovoltaic system, which means for you that you get clean electricity from the sun. The apartment is not far from Solothurn, the wonderful Baroque city, as well as from Grenchen or Büren an der Aare. We are on the bike route from Biel to Solothurn. In the immediate vicinity, the Aare flows, always ready for a refreshing swim or a nice walk. Your apartment has its own washing machine and dryer. You will also find a laundry basket for your laundry as well as laundry strips from Washo: we have had great washing experiences with them! Try it out! In the basement, we have set up disposal boxes so that you can separate your waste: glass, PET, metal, paper, cardboard, batteries. Outside the entrance is a quick composter for your green waste. Guest access You have your own fully furnished apartment with a large living room, sofa, armchair, TV and a workplace available with your own washing machine and dryer, private parking and above all a private outdoor seating area with sun loungers. Table, bench and chairs. Other things to note On request, an inflatable second guest bed is available, so that 4 people can stay. In the village there is a great bakery that is open 7 days a week. In addition, there is a Volg store with generous opening hours (6 am to 8 pm, on Saturday from 6 am to 6 pm). On request we can provide bicycles. You can easily reach us either by public transport (bus within an 8-minute walk) or via the A5 highway (Grenchen/Arch exit). The apartment is not far from Solothurn, the wonderful Baroque city and Grenchen.
