Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment in Masaki

If you are looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay in Masaki, Dar es Salaam, this apartment is the right choice. It is situated in the most highly regarded part of Dar, allowing you to easily reach all your essential amenities such as supermarkets, stores, restaurants, bars nightlife spots, ATMs and more on foot. The apartment comes fully furnished with a kitchen, washing machine, desk and fast WiFi. The space The apartment is situated within a gated compound, complete with security personnel, ensuring both safety and serenity. Being positioned at the rear of the property in a smaller building with just one adjacent apartment, it provides a cozier, more house-like experience rather than a large apartment complex. My aim is to provide a homely and affordable place in the most upscale neighbourhood of Dar es Salaam. Other things to note Our cleaning lady typically comes three times a week to maintain the apartment and, of course, just before your arrival. If you prefer not to have cleaning during your stay, please let me know. The master bedroom and living room are equipped with AC, while the second bedroom lacks this feature but includes a portable fan. Hot water is available only in the master bedroom's shower. Please be aware that power and water interruptions can occur in Tanzania. It's important to note that this house doesn't have a backup generator, which means that during a power outage by Tanesco (the electricity supplier), there will be no electricity, resulting in no access to AC, WiFi and other amenities. Typically, power outages last only a few hours. We have two reserve water tanks, ensuring water availability for several days even in the event of a water outage. If you experience a lack of water from the taps, please inform me. Additionally, please note that water pressure is usually reduced during power outages as the pump is inactive.
