Beautiful apartment, stylish ambience, private garden. Ideally suited for both tourists and business people. The space The apartment has its own entrance and a size of about 45 square meters. There is 1 combined kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Directly in front of the apartment is a small, completely fenced garden with terrace, sun lounger and barbecue area. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is also steps away. From here you can quickly reach Michendorf train station with excellent connections to Potsdam (14 minutes) and Berlin (Zoo train station: 31 minutes, Alexanderplatz: 50 minutes). Saarmund train station is 8 minutes away, from here you can reach the airport in just 15 minutes. The highway can be reached in less than 5 minutes. You drive about 14 km to Potsdam and about 30 km to Berlin-Mitte. Well-behaved dogs are welcome here! Day care is possible by arrangement. We may charge an extra fee per dog per night by arrangement. Opposite is a dog kennel with several dogs. 🐶 There may therefore be noise emissions for a short time, especially in the morning hours between about 7:00 am and 10:00 am.
