This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake. We are less than a mile from beautiful Douglas Lake with pontoon boat and jet ski rentals. We are also only minutes (10) from the historic town of Dandridge and next door to Godspeed Raceway (go-kart racing Saturdays nights). NO smoking or vaping on property thank you :) Guest access Guests will have private entry and separate driveway from the upstairs level of the home.
