You will find everything you need to have a comfortable stay for a few days or an extended stay! The space ACCOMODATIONS: This is a two-story cozy home that is great for an individual or an entire family! There is a front entrance with a private back patio. Feel free to unplug them during your visit and plug them in prior to your departure. SECURE Security camera located on the front sidewalk of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to all main floor common areas of the house during their stay. The laundry is located in the basement and will be available for all guests. The basement is unfinished with cement floors and walls. Usage of the number of bedrooms will be dependent on the number of guests. The upstairs half bath will be opened when the bunk room is in use. The house has 3 bedrooms with 7 beds total. The bedrooms that are accessible to you during your stay is dependent on the number of guests. For stays with 5+ guests, you will have access to the upstairs bunk room which sleeps an additional 4 people and has a 1/2 bath. The backyard and outdoor patio will be available for all guests to enjoy! Other things to note NOTE: If you stay during the winter, snow removal will be provided prior to your arrival. Shovels and salt will be provided for the remainder of your stay. There is a gas fireplace that will be accessible during the winter months. If you have access to the upstairs during your stay, it can get warm during summer months and cooler during winter months. We provide a fan and extra blankets. It is also helpful to leave the door open to the upstairs on the main floor to let the heat/air circulate. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed.
