Ideal for a holiday with family or friends! You can relax by the pool or on the beach (magnificent sunsets), surf, cycle or hike in the forest, take cruises around the islands, enjoy oysters straight from the oyster huts... welcome to our favorite spot on the island! The bike path is right next to the house and the beach is a 15-minute walk away. We'll be there to welcome you upon your arrival! The space The house has a surface area of ​​130 m² and features three bedrooms and a sleeping alcove with bunk beds. Bedroom 1 is separate from the other bedrooms and has an en-suite shower room. There are two separate toilets. The kitchen opens onto the living room and the veranda. The veranda partially opens onto the shaded garden at the front of the house and remains pleasant in summer as it is protected from the sun by a pine tree. At the rear of the house, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, equipped with an easy-to-close electric cover that meets safety standards, an outdoor solar shower, and a covered area with sun loungers. The pool is maintained by a professional pool service. There are two parking spaces on the property for convenient parking. Just a quick note, as mentioned in the amenities section, that the house does not have Wi-Fi and linens are not provided (you can have linens delivered by a local company). Bicycles can also be delivered! Guest access You have access to the entire property. Only the outdoor shed remains closed as it houses the pool's technical equipment. Other things to note There's an Intermarché drive-through about 5 minutes from the house, which might be convenient on your arrival day.
