The bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower flanked in subway tile over marble floors and one-of-a-kind art-deco vanity. The upper deck is inviting and relaxing with its Adirondack chairs and plenty of sunshine, ideal for afternoon cocktails. Laundry facilities include large capacity LG stacked units, iron/ironing board and consumables. The East Lake Park neighborhood is a designated Opportunity Zone for the city and many homes are undergoing extensive renovations and/or need to be renovated. The lower rear deck is for Green Tea guests, as is the home's front porch. PARKING: Primary parking for Fondue is at the rear of the driveway, by the stairs and the deck. Please reserve the area of the driveway adjacent to the front yard for downstairs guests. Additional parking is available across the street, adjacent to the park. Other things to note Fondue is next door to The LakeHouse, another of our properties, on the lake which gives the East Lake neighborhood its name. East Lake Park is a 100-acre city park surrounding a 5-acre lake, developed in 1886 to attract residents moving to work in Birmingham's steel industry. Today, East Lake Park is one of the largest municipal recreational facilities in Alabama. This family friendly neighborhood is culturally diverse and in the throes of revitalization.
