Welcome to our modern country house in the peaceful village of West Down. A family-friendly home with a garden and hot tub, just a 10-minute drive to award-winning surf beach, Woolacombe and many other beautiful spots. The space We recently built our home, which is perfectly designed for a larger family. Upstairs you will find: - the master bedroom - bedroom 2 and 3, both single rooms, one with single trundle. - family bathroom with bath and shower Downstairs, you will find: -the large open-plan kitchen diner with patio doors leading to an outside seating area - the living room - bedroom 4 with a double bed - toilet and shower room - utility area Outdoors -shared drive with designated space for two cars -patio area with seating and hot tub - lawned area - garden complete with resident hedgehogs -vegetable patch- you're welcome to any crops ripe during your visit -Cot bed and high chair available on request Our house is a 10-minute drive to the award-winning surf beaches, Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton, and many other gems around the North Devon area.
