The house features breathtaking ocean views from every room and is just steps to the 7-mile sandy beach, which is never crowded. The only way to be closer to the ocean is to be in it! The space The kitchen includes a large island and brand new appliances. There is a bedroom and bathroom w/ walk-in shower on the first floor. The 2nd floor has 2 spacious bedrooms and another full bathroom w/ washer and dryer. Enjoy dinner with family and friends on the large deck overlooking the ocean. There is a tree swing out back and plenty of room, both inside and out, to enjoy games, puzzles, or cozy up with a book. House is well-insulated with radiant flooring and can be enjoyed all year long! House is fully furnished. Please note that we only have parking for 2 cars. We belong to a homeowners association and each cottage is allowed 2 cars. If you plan to bring more than 2 cars let me know and I’ll give you suggestions for parking off-site. Need more space? We also rent the 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage across from the house. Ask us about booking both so that you can enjoy Popham Beach with family and friends. Other things to note Walk to historic Fort Popham and to Fox Island at low tide. House has views of two lighthouses on Seguin and Pond Islands. Short drive to restaurants, bars, shopping, and museums in Bath.
