New Home-Dogwood Gray House with Lake Access

Dogwood Gray is a beautiful new build 4 bedroom with office and 2.5 bath home at Lake Anna. Enjoy a cup of hot coffee on the front porch, view of the woods from the breakfast room, or warm up to a fire in the fire pit. It is the perfect place to relax and make some memories. Walk around the beautiful, wooded community and enjoy the lake. Close to grocery & convenience stores, restaurants, brewery, winery, and Lake anna State Park. The space Located in the beautiful Bluewater gated community, you will love the privacy and the abundance of nature and wildlife. This home is a newly built one level 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home. In addition to the bedrooms there is a great room that opens up to the fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook. There is a dining room with table and chairs. There is an office with desk and chair located in the front of the house. We offer high speed internet, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms come with a TV. When you go outside to the backyard, you will find a table and chairs to use with a gas grill for grilling. There is also a fire pit with chairs with firewood provided. There is a paddle board provided for your use. Life jackets are provided and should always be used when using the paddle board. Use of paddle board is at your own risk! Community amenities: beach, picnic area, fishing pier, and three separate boat launches. Guest access Entire House - except for Garage and Front Coat Closet. Guests can use the rest of the entire house, front porch, large front and back yard as well. Other things to note We ask that you respect our home, our neighborhood, and our neighbors. Abide to the quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and the posted 18 mph speed limit throughout the neighborhood. Check in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. No Pets Allowed No Parties Allowed No Smoking or Vaping Allowed. No fires are permitted during the windy weather, must never be left unattended and be fully extinguished. There is a water hose on either side of the house for that you can use to extinguish out the fire when done for the evening. Cutting board provided so please do not cut directly on the counters. Potholders also provided and should be used for hot pans, and they should never be put on the counters directly while hot without the use of a potholder.
