The space The 110m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace. The unit also comes with a private parking space in the residential garage. BEDROOMS In each bedroom, you will find a comfortable bed, one of the rooms also has a desk. - King-size double bed - Fold-out bed - Plenty of storage space - Work desk LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN The daylight-filled, spacious living room is connected to the dining area with a large table for everyone to sit at once. To make sure you're never bored, there's also a Smart TV with Netflix. The apartment also has a sleek, modern kitchen where you can prepare any great meal for your entire group. - Large dining table - Relaxation area - Smart TV with Netflix - Equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and other kitchen utensils BATHROOM Simple bathroom with everything you need. - Bathtub - Hair dryer - Free toiletries SURROUNDINGS The apartment is located in Prague 4 - Nusle. It is a quiet residential area with great amenities. Right next to the residential building there is a natural park, where you can spend a pleasant afternoon or go for a coffee in Café Na půl cesty. You won't be far away for a good meal, like the one offered at the Na Pekařce restaurant. There are also smaller markets in the area, so it's not a problem to go shopping and prepare dinner in the comfort of the apartment. Guest access The whole apartment will be yours during the stay! Other things to note 1. GUEST REGISTRATION AND CITY TAX In accordance with the legal obligations imposed by the Police of the Czech Republic and the City of Prague, all guests are required to complete a simple online registration form and pay a city tax of CZK 50 per person per night of stay. This payment must be made prior to check-in via online payment after completing the registration form. 2. CHECK-IN We offer several check-in options to meet your needs including flexible online self check-in. This type of check-in is possible if you complete the registration form 24 hours prior to your arrival. If not, please note that the default check-in occurs at our central reception at Revoluční 17, which is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. 3. GUEST COUNT Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. If you wish for separate beds or bedrooms, let us know at least 1 day before your arrival. Extra bedding and towels after check-in can be provided for a fee of 150 CZK per set, with a minimum of 2 sets per delivery. 4. EXTRA SERVICES As Prague Days, we offer multiple types of services to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
