All furniture was purchased after construction. We strive to keep our space simple, clean and well maintained and try our best to provide our guests a comfortable space to rest and rejuvenate. The space is best for 1 to 2 people. The space Bedroom: One queen bed Living Room: One full sofa bed TV: Netflix and Peacock subscription included. You can log into other streaming services with your account. Bathroom: Newly built on Spring 2022. We use pressure balance shower valves to minimize water temperature change. No more scalding. Kitchen: Newly built on Spring 2022. Refrigerator/Vent Hood are brand new. Sleeping Area: All sleeping areas have 100% light-blocking curtains or blinds. Parking: You can park 1 car on the driveway. The parking space in front of the main house is for other guests. Guest access You will receive your access code for the front door from Airbnb message right after your booking is confirmed. Early check-in/Late check-out might be possible with prior arrangement without a fee. Standard check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If you are going to check-in after 10:00pm, please contact the host in advance. We might not be able to help you get access to the house should there be any issue. Other things to note A link to Guest Manual will be send to you via Airbnb message once your booking is confirmed. Please read it carefully as it contains various information and house rules. The main house, painted blue, on the right side of the garage, might be occupied by other guests or the owner. They will have a different entrance and have their own dedicated parking spaces. The neighborhood: The street that our property is located can use some update. We have a photo of our street in the listing to show you what it looks like. You can also use Goog1e Map to check out the street view. In any case, the neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly. However, people living blocks away do set off fire crackers occasionally.
