Located in a central spot in Hays, this comfortable 2-bedroom house has everything you need for your Hays trip. **Please no parties or gatherings** The house comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi. There are two bedrooms, including one king-sized bed and one full-sized bed. This Airbnb is within walking distance to several popular shops, restaurants, and Massey park. An ideal base to explore downtown Hays. Note: *No access to the one car attached garage. Bedroom #1 has a king sized bed, a closet, and a small dresser. Bedroom #2 has a full sized bed, a closet, and a dresser. There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Guests will have 2 towels per person. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking items, a coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. There is seating for 4 at the dining table. We have a stackable washer and dryer, as well as complimentary detergent pods. We are also baby and toddler friendly. We have a clip-on high chair and a pack n play that has a 3.25" mattress with sheets. All bedrooms have black-out curtains. The living room has a 55" TV that has access to most streaming apps, with your own login. Entire house and backyard. Front door keypad access allows easy entering and leaving. Please note: There is no access to the one car attached garage. This Airbnb is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Beautiful brick roads and full grown trees adorn the street! There is one parking spot in the driveway and two parking spots on the street. I take pride in a very clean and minimalistic house.
