The space It consists of 2 floors of 98 m2 each and a 200 m2 garden. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom (private use by the host), the kitchen and a living room of 40 m2. On the upper floor (for the exclusive use of guests and independent with an access door) there are 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with two beds of 90 x 190 cm), 2 bathrooms of 5 m2 each and a viewing room of 25 m2. All the bedrooms and the two living rooms have air conditioning and the heating of the whole house is diesel. In the garden there is a 12 m2 wooden cabin with toilet, an 8 m2 swimming pool with a solar shower, a 20 m2 gazebo porch and a 16 m2 pergola. Private parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the bathroom and the bedroom on the ground floor, which is for the exclusive use of the host.
