ABOUT THE HOUSE When entering into Costa Casa, you’ll first notice the bright, open layout. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all connected for maximum ease. A half bath is conveniently located near the entrance of the home. The main living room has high ceilings, two cozy couches, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Contemporary seashore décor adds the perfect blend of style and comfort in this relaxing space. Costa Casa comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to cook your favorite meals. You’ll have plenty of space for your inner chef on the huge island with marble countertops and built-in breakfast bar. Enjoy your dishes at the rustic dining room table that seats six. The home offers four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed, dresser, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has elegant marble tile, double sinks, and a spacious walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with two full-over-full bunk beds, a flat-screen, and a Nintendo Wii. The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with comfy queen-size beds; the third bedroom has an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is also an additional guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the beautiful ocean air on the upper and lower floor decks. Use the outdoor grill for casual BBQ nights after a day at the beach. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, four bicycles (two adult and two children), and a golf cart are provided.
