Larger Home in Tiny Home Lake Community

Our home, Eagles Edge, is nestled on 2 wooded acres in a gated lake community-"Retreat at Water's Edge". Our community has a 95 acre calm water lake w/ kayak & bike rentals, docks, pavilion, fishing, fire pits, playground, trails & a pool(coming soon). Nearby: South Cumberland State Park w/ trailheads, waterfalls, hiking, biking (Mountain Goat Tr), Sewanee-University of the South (many trails), Monteagle, Tracy City, the Caverns-Pelham, Big Foot Adventure, Tim's Ford Lake, & Chattanooga. The space Our spacious retreat home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed & closet and an open loft with a daybed & trundle. 2 full baths (1 tub & 1 walk in shower). Eagles Edge has WiFi, 2 TVs, board games, & books.. We provide numerous amenities: bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, & a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. There is a full size washer and dryer available. There are many ways to enjoy the outdoors in our screened-in porch with string lights, and covered porch with rocking chairs. You can also enjoy the fire pit with string lights and the BBQ grill. You can receive a welcome packet with many great suggestions and there will also be a guest book at the house for you to reference during your stay. Enjoy some time in nature, outdoors, exploring the nearby areas, live music, and great food. Guest access We will have the basics to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods). If you are staying longer than a day or 2 -- you may want to bring extras from home or we have a DG Market (grocery store) very close in Tracy City & also Piggly Wiggly, Dollar Store & CVS in Monteagle. Nearby gas stations/convenience stores also have firewood. You may bring your bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, & fishing supplies to enjoy the trails and lake. Or you may rent bikes and kayaks during your stay. You will receive the gate code to get in to the community prior to arrival. You will also receive the door entry code to the house and the Wifi information prior to arrival. Other things to note -NO SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, or PARTIES -NO ANIMALS -6 People Max. & -PLEASE: We ask that you respect the property and home by keeping the doors closed as you enter and exit. There are many bugs & critters in the woods, so help us please keep them outdoors ;-) And, please remove your shoes upon re-entering the home.
