The space Please note that those who book their stay with us must be at least 25 years old. This is a two-story property with all of the bedrooms upstairs, however the queen sleeper sofa is downstairs in the living room. Each bedroom is privately situated, and the area immediately around the home is usually very quiet and peaceful! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, and surrounding yard on the property, including the back patio. Guests do not have access to the garage. (Please see rules and policies. Guests can access the basement and laundry area from the inside of the home.
