LOWER-LEVEL with PRIVATE -- ENTRANCE, POOL (currently CLOSED), BACKYARD with PORCH and DRIVEWAY. Just 5 min. to interstates 81, 70 & Meritus Hospital. Within 20 min. to Antietam Battlefield, 15 min. to C&O Canal, 40 min. to Harpers Ferry, 30 min. to Whitetail Ski Resort and a little over 1 hr. to DC. Close to hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, wineries & conferences. The space GUESTS are REQUIRED to sign a Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability Form, which will be sent via email for electronic signature. * NO PARTIES ALLOWED! * THE PLACE, SPACE & POOL are for reserved guests only! * Stays beyond 1 week--- please be aware that only essential supplies will be provided that will last for 1 week. Any additional essential supplies will be the guest’s responsibility. A PRIVATE, LOWER -LEVEL with 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bath. Clean and spacious, made with love for your comfort and enjoyment. It's a wonderful getaway with a feel of home---Providing you with fast internet! RELAX & RECHARGE! Table and chairs for dining outdoor. Under the pergola, plenty of seating for relaxation. A standard charcoal grill is available. (charcoal, lighter and lighter fluid will be available to you upon request) A complimentary basket of goodies & a bottle of wine to start your adventure. (The Basket stays upon your departure) Also complimentary during your stay are cold bottles of water and soda to quench your thirst. Coffee and tea will be available so you can start your day off on the right foot! Disposable plates, bowls, cups (hot/cold) and cutlery will be available as well for your convenience. You will also be provided with individually packed shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap for your daily cleaning regimen & disposal slippers to warm your feet. Furthermore, dish and laundry detergent will be available for use of the dishwasher and washer/dryer, respectively. WARNING: Ditch DO NOT drive pass the safety sticks when driving into the driveway or exiting the driveway. ACCESS TO PRIVATE SUITE: Follow the walkway adjacent to the garage. The walkway will lead you to the entrance at the back of the lower level.. DAY of CHECK-IN: Guests will be provided a CODE with instruction to access the entrance door. Other things to note DITCH - DO NOT drive pass the safety sticks (left side of driveway as you enter). Motion lights are installed from the driveway to the pavement pathway to the entrance of the private suite. There are a few steps on the pathway. POOL - PLEASE review all the outdoor pool rules before entering the pool.
