The space The Holstein House offers spacious accommodations inside and out. It begins with off street parking for up to six vehicles. Guests enter using a keyless entry system. The home has an open living and dining layout. In the living room there is a smart TV, books, Echo Dot speaker, a couch, comfortable lounge chairs, and coffee table. The dining area provides seating for six. The kitchen has beautiful natural light coming in through an overhead skylight. It provides all of the essentials including but not limited to: refrigerator, stovetop/oven , pots and pans, dining ware, bakeware, basic spices, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Through the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use during their stay. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The primary bedroom has a bay window that looks out among the yard with mature fruit trees. It features a queen bed with quality linens, a lounge chair, a large closet, and a private bathroom. The bathroom is has a walk-in shower and is equipped with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hair dryer, and cotton swabs. Across the house are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms also with bay windows that let in ample amounts of natural light throughout the day. The first bedroom has two twin beds with a central nightstand, dresser, chair and a fair sized closet for storage. The third bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, and closet for storage. The bathroom is equipped with all of the essentials that you need such as shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, lotion, towels, hairdryer, cotton swabs, and has a bathtub/shower combo. Our outdoor space is a large fully fenced yard with mature fruit trees, seasonal flowers, and a gazebo with outdoor seating. We have books, puzzles, and indoor and outdoor games.
